ScanFitHub stores the information you enter: your account details, customer records, measurements, orders and payment records. Customer accounts can see their own records and anything they explicitly shared with a tailor. Tailor accounts can see the customers and measurements shared with them, plus their own order and payment records.
Measurement data is yours. Customers choose which measurements to share, and can stop sharing by disconnecting from a tailor.
Photos uploaded for AI-assisted measurement are used to generate measurement estimates. AI measurements are estimates only and are always reviewable before saving.
We don't sell your data. We only use it to operate the service — for example, to show you your dashboard and connect customers with the tailors they choose.
